At the St. Joe Cath Lab, our team completed a comprehensive floor preparation and leveling project to create a solid foundation for the next phase of construction. We carefully removed the existing floor-leveling materials before thoroughly cleaning and preparing the substrate to ensure proper adhesion and performance.

Once the surface was properly prepped, we applied primer in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications, installed foam expansion strips around the perimeter to allow for proper movement, and applied UZIN 157 Floor Leveling Compound to achieve the required elevations and meet project specifications. By following industry best practices at every step of the process, we delivered a smooth, level, and durable substrate ready for installation of the new finished flooring system.
